If you would like to take a course at our school, please send us your application form.
1. Application
The application will not be considered valid until we have received all necessary information and have sent you a confirmation receipt.
2. Conditions of payment
Enclosed with the confirmation will be an invoice for the entire course fees. Please send us a minimum deposit of 100 euros, due upon receipt of the confirmation. The remaining balance must be received by the school on or before your first day of class.
3. Method of payment
Payment can be made by transfer to the school's bank account, with cash due in full on your first day of classes, or by credit card.
4. Cancellation of application
If you decide to cancel your application before the beginning of the course, your deposit will not be refunded. However, this deposit will be credited to you if you apply again within one year.
5. Absences and refunds
Delayed arrival, absence during the course, or early departure from the course will not entitle the participant to a free extension of the course and the tuition will not be refunded, with the following exception: In the case of a sudden serious illness or accident, or death of the course participant, parent, husband, wife, or child, the remaining balance will be refunded upon submission of a doctor's certificate (and a cancellation request in writing).
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to expel any person who violates the rules of decency or the laws of the country. No refunds will be made, and any additional costs will be charged accordingly.
