Housing: Shared flats

EUREKA offers students different kinds of accommodations. You can compare the principal characteristics of each type in the   comparative table.

Shared flats

A   -   In the same building as the school

This type of accommodation has the following characteristics:

• The flat has 7 rooms, 3 baths, a living room and a kitchen.
• The flat is equipped with a television, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and heater. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances for cooking (pans, casserole, plates, etc.)
• The room has a working desk, lamp, cupboard, night table and single bed, as well as bed linen and blankets. Towels and hair dryer are not provided.
• Each room has Internet connection.
• Telephones are not provided.
• The rooms are designed for 1 person. If a student has a guest, the rent will increase by 15 euros per day (minimum 2 nights). The school will provide an extra bed in the room.
• These accommodations are available from the Sunday before your first day of class to the Saturday after your last day of class. Students who arrive before Sunday or leave after Saturday must inquire about availability.
• We require a deposit of 100 euros to reserve a room. It will be returned to you on your last day when you return the keys, provided the room is in the same condition as on the day you moved in.
• The rent includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity and maintenance fees).

B   -   10 minutes by Metro from the school

Two shared flats are available, each for 4 to 6 students. They have the following characteristics:

• The flats contain a lounge, a kitchen and 2 full bathrooms.
• The flats are equipped with television, washing machine, refrigerator, oven or microwave, and heater. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances for cooking (pans, casserole, plates, etc.)
• The room is equipped with a working desk, lamp, cupboard, night table and single bed, as well as bed linen and blankets. Towels and hair dryers are not provided.
• Telephones are not provided.
• The rooms are designed for 1 person. If a student has a guest, the rent will increase by 15 euros per day (minimum 2 nights). An extra bed will be placed in your room.
• These accommodations are offered from the Sunday before your first day of class to the Saturday after your last day of class. Students who arrive before Sunday or leave after Saturday must inquire about availability.
