About the enrolment process


How I can apply for a course?

Send us the application form that you can find on our page www.eurekamadrid.com .

By fax (0034 915 482 580). Send us the application form that you find on our homepage per fax or the application form that you find in our brochure.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, as soon as we receive your application form we will send you a pre-confirmation to reserve the course and accommodation selected. With this pre-confirmation we will ask for a minimum deposit of 100 euros to reserve the place. As soon as our bank informs us that your deposit arrived we will send you the confirmation.


When do I have to pay for the course?

If you want to pay by transfer the money must be transfered at least one week before of the starting date. If you want to pay cash you can do it on the first day of class in the office of EUREKA.


What happens if I decide to cancel the course before or during the course?

If you decide to cancel the course, our conditions are the following:

1 - CANCELLATION BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE

If you decide to cancel the course and accommodation within more than 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, we will return the total amount. However, the deposit will not be refunded. This deposit will be credited to you if you apply again within one year.

If you decide to cancel the course during the four weeks previous to the beginning of the course, we will return the total amount except the deposit. The deposit will not be credited to take another course.

2 - ABSENCES AND REFUNDS

Delayed arrival, absence during the course, or early departure from the course will not entitle the participant to a free extension of the course and the tuition will not be refunded except you have contracted cancellation insurance .

In the case of a sudden serious illness or accident, or death of the participant or the participant's parent, husband, wife, or child, the remaining balance will be refunded upon submission of a doctor’s certificate (and a written cancellation request).
