ACCOMMODATION WITH HOST FAMILIES:

Arrival time: The family will be waiting for the student at the time previously confirmed. If the room is still occupied upon arrival, the student may leave their luggage in the house until the room is ready. Arrivals later than 12:00 midnight are not accepted.
Departure time: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. It is at the family’s discretion whether the student may stay longer in the room. This will depend on the arrival of the next student.

ACCOMMODATION IN SHARED APARTMENTS AND STUDIOS:

Arrival time: Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. onwards. If there is availability, it may be possible to enter earlier, but we would need to confirm this in advance. You may enter the apartment with your luggage, but access to the room will only be possible once it has been prepared by the cleaning staff.

The restaurants where the keys for studios and shared apartments are left close at 12:00 midnight. If your flight arrives late, we recommend booking the transfer service, as the driver will carry the keys and the instructions to reach the reserved accommodation.

Departure time: As we need to prepare the accommodation for the arrival of the next student, the check-out time is 10:00 a.m. If there are no immediate arrivals, we will inform you so that you may remain in the accommodation until your departure time at no additional cost.
