There are 12 studios available close to the school. They consist of a bedroom/living room, a bathroom and a full kitchen.
They have the following characteristics:
- 5 minutes walking distance from the school.
- All studios are equipped with television, air conditioning, heater, washing machine, refrigerator, oven or microwave, and bed linen, blankets and towels. Hair dryers are not provided.
- The kitchen is equipped with all appliances for cooking (pans, casserole, plates, etc.).
- The studios are designed for 1 person. If 2 students wish to share a studio or the student has a guest, the rent will increase by 25 euros per day (minimum 2 nights). An extra bed will be placed in your room.
- The studios haven't cleaning service. Students must clean them or employ a cleaning service on their own.
- Accommodations are available from the Sunday before your first day of class to the Saturday after your last day of class. Students who arrive before Sunday or leave after Saturday must inquire about availability.
- The rent for the studio includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity and maintenance fees).
- In case a student wants to change his accommodation, he has to ask for it in the school’s office.
If the change has justified causes, there won’t be any problems for changing the accommodation. If the change is due to other causes, there will be a charge of 20 euros for the cleaning service (room and linens). Changes depend on the availability and confirmed bookings.
